I know that testicular atrophy causes infertility but what if it hasn’t set in yet? Can the guy be sterile even if his balls haven’t shrunk? Do steroids slow the motility of sperm or render them infertile in other ways?

Can i get pregnant from getting if the condom broke but he didnt cum and it wasn't fully inside my vagina?

Im 14 and i tried having sex with my boyfriend twice with condoms and im not on birth contorl pill. The first time went well with a condom, no problems but the second time we did use the condom but it broke without him cumming in it. we got rid of it as soon as possible. i was also in the middle of my period cycle.. so i wasnt on it. we didnt get far before it broke. When it broke it was barley inside me but i know there is a chance of getting pregnant from precum and i was wondering if there are any chances of getting pregnant? and if its possible for the small amount of sperm in the pre cum to get to in my vagina and cause a baby? I dont want people telling me sex is wrong, i know that and we have desided to wait for a while. I just want to make sure that right now i am safe and hopefully nothing should happen. my hsg showed my tubes blocked. doc said i have zero chance of having children and surgery wouldnt fix it. my only option is ivf. i havent got a second opinion yet but i’ve seen all kinds of surgery online to fix any fallopian tube problem one may have. so why is ivf my only option according to this doctor? any opinions are appreciated. thanks.

The Dr. just informed me that when they did the dye test my tubes were block but were unblock partially. He gave me two months to try and get pregnant naturally. Then we will move to fertility drugs. And if all fails, I will have to have open abdominal surgery to try and clean up the rest of my endometriosis because it’s so severe. Is there any hope for me because I really do not want to go through another operation.

I was just diagnosed with endometriosis of the ovaries and was wondering if it causes infertility, and is surgery the only possible way to cure this? I am a 38 year old female that has no children but would lke to conceive if possible.
