    I would say Symbolic Interactionism - as the percentage of infertile men is small and would require a more qualitative approach which is more suited for this type of topic. Also qualitative research is dominated by Interactionist or micro perspectives. What would infertility symbolize for a man? Would it symbolize manliness? or Femininity? Is not being able to produce off spring detrimental to his psyche? Is he married and if so, is not having children symbolizing something bad for his wife or their family? Symbolic interactionisn is my recommendation.
