Zinc??? I have heard iron and folic acid are needed to increase sperm counts but that is a new one. Talk to your dr as there are natural pills on the market that my husband took and really worked. Sorry I don’t recall what they were called.
Also careful of what he takes as he can also be responsible for birth defects.

ask him to use any other acne medication that can applied topically.
