Hey, well done coming to terms with this hard issue. But honey, don’t get one about the things that make you sad or feel incomplete, get a tattoo to symbolise life and the things that you love
If this is really an idea you like look up the meaning of Cherry blossoms in Japanese culture (not Chinese) it shows things passing and that you shouldn’t mind
Anyway, good luck xxx
What about a cocoon hanging from a branch? Like how the caterpillar and his dreams are gone, but after the cocoon (infertility), a butterfly will emerge with new life and new dreams. Then if you ever have children or adopt, you could add butterflies to the piece to show your life after infertility.

I have been dealing with unexplained infertility now for 2 years. I wouldn’t get a tattoo though to symbolize this.
You don’t know what God has in store for you.
If I were you, I would get a tattoo symbolizing your STRENGTH to get through this
