    The fallopian tube is what connects the ovaries to the uterus. If the tubes are not there the egg can’t get to the uterus. It has nothing to do with fertilization in the tubes but with the egg not being able to get to the uterus to implant. If you don’t have fallopian tubes then the body simply reabsorbs the egg. Basically the only way you can get pregnant is to have your eggs surgically removed fertilized outside your body and the implanted in your uterus

    The eggs travel down the Fallopian Tubes. Your doctor knows what they are talking about. Don’t use the internet if you don’t believe them, go to a specialist and get the answers you need. The internet has too much "misleading" information.
