I’m sorry, I don’t know the answers to your last two questions. But the way you calculate your cycle length is from period to period. You need to track your periods and see how many days are in between one to the next.
A 28 day cycle would mean every 28 days your period comes. So if you got it on the 25th that is your cycle day 1. That cycle day starts over each time you get your period. The number of days in between is your length.
I have PCOS and there are symptoms you get. A few are irregular periods or even missed periods, excess hair in the the wrong places (ex chin), acne, mood swings, extra weight, but you don’t have to have all the symptoms. The only true way to tell is have an ultra sound done which shows the tiny cysts on your ovaries. Also you may or may not be insulin resistant.
I am not positive on the blocked tubes but I am guessing scarring of the tissue? That one I am not familiar with. Hope I helped a bit!
