Call your vet’s office and ask them if they have a special spray you could use to eliminate fleas. I was given that by a vet. We also couldn’t use a bomb because there was no place to go with the kitties or my Dad (he has health issues and needs oxygen). It continues to work for 7-9 months! Now, I would not use it if your baby was still crawling, but it should be fine with a toddler.
I would also suspect that you may have fleas in the bed. If you have an old mattress, consider replacing it. At the very least, consider covering it in poly temporarily.

Talk to your doctor before treating for fleas. Vacuum your floors and furniture every day.
