There are two openings in the genital areal. The urethra and the vagina. I think you are talking about the urethra. It is a very very small opening that only urine passes through from the bladder. It is above the bigger opening that is your vagina. The penis can not fit in there. When you have sex, the penis goes into your vagina.

It is impossible to have sex with the urethra. It is way too small to allow a penis to enter it (not unless you rip it open, and if you do, you will be in tremendous pain), and even if sperm gets in there, it won’t cause pregnancy.
It is possible to have sex with the penis entering the anus. However, this can’t cause pregnancy.
The only way to get pregnant is through the vagina. One end of the vagina opens on the outside of your body, the other end is attached to your uterus (womb). When a guy has sex, his sperm will travel up the vagina and into the uterus. This is pretty much where getting pregnant happens. An egg is released inside your body and travels into your uterus. When it meets the sperm, one of the sperm can fertalise it. Once this happens, it will implant into the lining of the uterus and start growing into a baby.
This is the ONLY way to get pregnant. There are no other holes, and only sperm going through the vagina can get you pregnant.
