Sure you can. However, since you can rotate which tube is releasing the egg…you’ve got to have good timing. Vaginal ultrasounds can help with that. Also…IVF could speed things along. Av price is around 10k…but check into your insurance. Mine coverd 90% of it….and we are doing it in December. another thing you can consider is Iui…which is say 300 bucks or so and it involves in jection his sperm directly into your uterus. If you time this right with ultrasounds that would confirm that the chances of ovulating with the good side is about to happen then this could be a big help. It basically gathers up all the sperm collected in the cup and creates a huge advantage for the sperm. Most sperm die off before it even gets to the tubes where fertilization occurs (that’s why it can take a while…). The more sperm you have close to the tube whenthe egg drops the better the chance. good luck. PS…i have only one good tube too.
I have had two children with only one tube. I have also had a tubal pregnancy so my doc said it would always be 50/50 depending on what side I ovulate from.
Yes.. you can still get pregnant. It is half as likely (because instead of having 12 months of ovulating, you have 6 months of ovulating… because every month the egg comes from the other fallopian tube.. so if one is blocked, you will skip that month of ovulating but will ovulate the next month), but it is still possible.
You only need one ovary, one fallopian tube (on the same side as the ovary), one mature egg and one sperm to create a baby. Not to make light of the situation, of course. You need a doctor to tell you your chances.
I think it is a little harder or may take more time, but it can happen. One of my friends from college had a tube removed when she was a teenager, and 10 years later she and her now husband had a totally healthy baby boy. Good luck!
yes you can, when I had my tubes reversed the doctor told me that I might get preg. from the one tube because the other may have been a little to short. I AM 15 WEEKS! So something went right! BEST WISHES
Yes, each month that you ovulate from the left ovary you will be fertile. In any given cycle, your chances would be 50/50 as compared to "normal." But overall, your chances are still excellent because you’re not less fertile, just fertile less often.

Yes you can, if it still works.

Of course, it only takes one egg from the other side where the tube is not blocked. I guess it decreases your chances, but it’s still possible.

Both my tubes are blocked and I’ve been pregnant twice. Go figure.

your chances are little lower than a dualtube woman
