Only thing you are allowed to take it regular tylenol.
I get bad headaches now that I am pregnant and the tylenol doesn’t seem to help. Thats really all you can do though
My doctor said to take tylenol as long as I didn’t overdo it, but I’ve discovered that drinking water seems to fix it better! I have increased my water intake and it seems like my headaches magically disappeared! Plus, no drugs!
I too, get really bad headaches-and I’m 7 weeks pregnant as well. I went to my regular physician first (I go to the OBGYN on the 24th) and she told me that tylenol is the only safe thing to take while preggo, especially in your first trimester. Tylenol has never really worked for me though and she ended up prescribing me vicodin-which for whatever reason is safe to take while pregnant-! It has helped. Ask your dr when you go!
You can only take tylenol but a typical migraine will not respond to that. I swear by ice. lay down in a dim quiet room and use ice packs on your forehead and the base of your head/neck. and you need to catch a migraine at an early onset the quicker you catch it the quicker you can get rid of it.
I was told that tylenol is safe during pregnancy. I have been avoiding tylenol, but what I do it rest or take a nap if I can or take a small wet and cold towel and rest it on my forehead. Or a towel that I place rubbing alcohol on and rest it on my forehead.

You can take tylenol. During the first two trimesters you can also take advil/ibuprofen.
If you get frequent migraines, speak to your doctor. There are prescription meds that are generally considered safe to use, if you need them.

If your doctor hasnt said you can’t then you are aloud to take panadol and strong panadol, if your worried check it out with the doc first though.

Tylenol…yeah it’s going to be your best friend for the next 33 weeks, right along with tums/rolaids
