sounds like an old wives tale to me, probably along the lines of keeping women from sitting on the floor and possibly exposing their private parts to anyone’s eye.
The actual tale is that ‘’sitting on concrete can have dire consequences”.
What consquences are down to what you have told… the most common cosquence of sitting on a cold/concrete floor is getting piles. I have never heard of it being related to infertility.
It has as much substance as the old saying of ”an apple a day keeps the doctor away”. So my advice is to ignore it.
