There are several reasons why Fallopian tubes could be blocked.
Infection can cause scar tissue - even infections that your body can take care of by itself. You don’t know what has happened in there until you try to use it and find something "off".
Also, if you have ovarian cysts, they can cause Fallopian damage.
Infections lead to blocked fallobian tubes, so get checked asap when you have an infection either uti (urinary tract infection) or vaginal infection. tc

Scar Tissue(that’s what i had) , a STD can scar your tubes with that.
