How do you know for sure you ovulated from the right ovary? Also, it’s possible your left tube isn’t completely blocked. If you did ovulate from that side, that sperm managed to meet the egg anyway.
More importantly here is that you have an ultrasound as soon as its possible to make sure your embryo is in the uterus and not in the tube as you are at a high risk for another ectopic.
I think that is impossible. But are you thinking that your left ovary ovulated because you felt the pain on the left? If so maybe you were feeling referred pain. Pain that feels like it is coming from one side but it is actually caused by the opposite side. Two BFP sound wonderful!!! Baby dust*****
That is impossible. Sounds like if you did for sure ovulate on your left side then your fallopian tube is not completely block. Good luck and congratulations!!

How can you be positive it didn’t come from the other tube?
