I’m not sure of the cause, but I know how to unclear the blockage. You have a hysterosapinogram performed. It’s not fun, it feels like bad cramps (I cried a bit), but in the realm of childbirth it’s no big deal. Basically they shoot a die into your reproductive track and the xray you to see if there are anomolies in the track. Serves to remove blockage as well.

    Good luck.

Your tubes get blocked due to infections which has not been treated for a very long time. it really puts a huge delay when trying to conceive but if one is patent (open) there’s always a chance. i have just one fallopian tube.(left)

If you have ever had and ectopic(tubal) pregnancy. Also, if you have had ovarian cysts. Both of these can cause scaring that may block your tubes.
    Best of Luck!
