    Yes, the tubes can get twisted. This can occur for many reasons such as scar tissue build up.

    I would recommend an opinion with a Reproductive Endocrinologist (a gynecologist who has specialized training to help women who are struggling to get pregnant) to see what they say if you haven’t already.
