my friend also had both of these conditions and had ovarian drilling and fell pregnant 4 weeks after the op
i also have/ had pcos and found out 3 weeks ago that im pregnant, we didnt have any treatment, i did loose 2.5 stone and believed that this helped, we had been ttc for 18mths x

i have pcos am on metformin and clomid and have a blocked tube due to a previous ectopic!i was ttc 8 years ago and have decided to have last blast at it! they might try you on clomid first i’m not sure if they will try and unblock the tube i don’t think so,don’t be too stressed as you still have one healthy tube working. as soon as i stated metformin my periods returned to 31 day cycle from a 10 week one sometimes, also the clomid worked i had 3 eggs and ovulated the first month but didn’t conceive but still trying. my friend has had 2 children after 4 ectopics and having ivf with only a small bit of tube left on both sides so there’s always hope! good luck what will be, will be!
