What do you have to lose by having the laparoscopy done? Either you have it done and run the risk of damaging the fallopian tubes, or you don't have it done and you still can't conceive because of plugged tubes. Either way you run a risk. But wouldn't it be better to try? At least then you won't regret never finding out. Best case scenario you have the tubes unplugged and you become pregnant. Good luck.
