Yes. they can unblock your tubes my sister has 4 kids now and found out her tubes were blocked after 3yrs ttc they do a laparoscopy surgery it is not too expensive either You can't get pg w/o surgery good luck!
If your tubes are completely blocked, there is no way for the sperm to get to the egg to fertilize it. If they are only partially blocked, the egg may get fertilized but then you run the risk of having an ectopic pregnancy because the fertilized egg has trouble passing through the partially blocked tube so it implants in the tube, Since the doctor tried to open your tubes but it didn't work, I would think the best and safest course for you would be to try IVF.
