NO herbal "remedy" is going to unblock a fallopian tube. The reason the tube is blocked (IF it is) is because of scar tissue, not overactive sinus mucus production. If you have a fallopian blockage, then there ARE treatments (all surgical), but there are NO medicinal means of correction.
