I can't really answer this b/c the doctor with the results will be the only one that can give you the specifics of where the blockage is, But be sure to ask a lot of questions (right them down and bring them with you so you dont forget)when you go to your appointment, (hope these help) What will be done, what are the alternatives, what are the chances of success, what are the possible side effects/complications, will anestesia be used, will you need a couple days off from work to recover, will you be sore or have discomfort afterwards. I wish you the best! good luck

I'm a guy, but I know a fare amount about the reproductive system. I certainly would want to go with the laproscopy first, to see what the problem is before I thought about any surgical procedures. There is always the risk of other complications during surgery. Good luck Sweetheart!

I can't tell you about blocked tubes, BUT I had laproscopic surgery last year (ectopic pregnancy) and they saw my tubes up close, apparently i have corregated tubes.I have seen inside my own body, i was shown photos of my tubes, i saw alot of photos.(some disturbing)
I can tell you that laproscopic surgery hurts like hell and took me around a month to begin feeling normal, and without pain.
    Goodluck.
