You ovulate 10 - 14 days from the day you start your period and sperm can hang out waiting on an egg for 72 hours.
Most pregnancy symptoms do not show until you are around 4 weeks pregnant. The only true 1st symptom is missing your period because pregnancy and pms symptoms are pretty much the same.

Well then go buy an HPT and pee on it first thing in the morning after you miss your period to see if you are pregnant or not.

Well I don't know what to tell you. Call some health clinics or Planned Parenthood and see if you can take a free test or go to the Dollar store and buy a HPT for a dollar. NO ONE ON HERE can tell you if you are pregnant or not, only a TEST OR A DR CAN. It's really not that hard to figure out.
You're paranoid because you can not have symptoms that soon. You don't conceive until two weeks after. You can have early symptoms as soon as the pregnancy hormone is detected, but not that early. I doubt you're pregnant. You're not even ovulating.
