I think that that is not very likely. The testicles are on the inside, and so they are protected from such. I don't think either of you have to worry about it at all, but I do recommend seeing a doctor about it, just in case. There have been far too many cases were even though the chances are tiny, The result came out bad. I say just a check up with a local doctor, and maybe talking to the doctor about possible effects of the bleaching. Good luck!
There shouldn't be much internal damage although he may get some scarring.
The sperm are quite well protected though and should be fine.
Your friend should seek medical attention if there's alot of pain or burning sensations.

Yes there is a chance - hopefully for all of us - that he will suffer from infertility. However, it may not be because of the bleach.
