I am not going to try to give you an answer on this . . . depending on the amount of blockage or scarring in your tubes, only a fertility specialist can answer this question correctly . . . have your ob/gyn refer you to someone they do not handle that type of procedure
If you are in the Uk, you can get free fertility treatment. Depending where you live you can have 1 to 3 cycles on the NHS.
If your only problem is blocked tubes then they can be cleared. You need an operation called a laparoscopy which involves making a small slit in your belly button and one, possibly two small cuts in other areas of your pelvis. You will be under a general aneasthetic. The surgeon then uses a microscope to guide instruments that will unblock your tubes. Again, this is available on the NHS, you need to see your gp to get refered to a gynae.
