Since you still menstruate, didn't mention abnormalities, and used "normal" to describe your menstruation, I would assume that it is still normal; menstruation involves the breaking down of the lining of the uterus and has nothing to do with the fallopian tubes.
Yes, you will still ovulate. However, due to the blockage, the egg probably will not be able to reach the uterus. If it is not a total blockage, sperm might still be able to reach the egg also. Although, I cannot say what would happen if a egg that was fertilized in a fallopian tube could not reach the uterus. (IF it's not a complete blockage.) Hope this anyways!
