absolutely yes! The matured eggs pass through the fallopian tube, and if it is unfertilize before reaching the uterus it will cause a menstruation. And the two ovaries alternate every month in releasing egg cells. I mean this month the right ovary will release a matured egg cell, then next month will be the left ovary. So, if one of your fallopian tube is blocked therefore you will be 50 percent less of being pregnant, and since the egg cell is blocked in one of your fallopian tube thus also cause irregularity in you menstual cycle.
