Is it both of your tubes being blocked? Is it only one of them? If it's both of them, then you are having a problem. Consult your doctor for more info. If you had one side blocked, then you can have 50% chance to get pregnant.
If you went to the Doc and they told you you had blocked fallopian tubes I would give them a call and ask to talk to the nurse. When you have them on the phone ask them if it is possible for you to still get pregnant. I've never heard of such a thing, but I'm not a doctor, nor have I ever been pregnant.
