Scar tissuse blocks the tubes and yes endomedriosis is painful . I had a hytroectomy do to it but it has grown on to the abdomal wall there is no treatment for that.. It can also grow onto your tubes ovaries bowel. some of this can be corrected by surgey and remove the groinw endo Check with your doctor.
endometriosis is simply when the uterine lining (generally in most cases) starts to develop and grow on the outside of the uterus. When your period comes, your uterus sheds (obviously) but so does the uterine lining growing on the outside of the uterus, making it very painful. This can also occur in different areas, although the uterus is the most common (I believe). I don't think that endometriosis would therefore contribute to blocking the fallopian tubes, as endometriosis occurs on the outside of your organ, rather than inside.
Blocked tubes often don't cause any pain and are not discovered until a woman can't conceive and goes for investigation. Whether there is any pain depends on the cause of the scarring / blockage. Endometriosis is one cause of scarring if it gets into the tubes and yes endometriosis can and does cause pain.

Not painful unless they get infected. usually caused by scaring from std or high fever when you are young.
